Laryongeal spasms...

Anyone else get these? I get them on rare occassions since I was diagnosed with asthma but I'm starting to get them more often. Had a bad one yesterday and nearly had another again today while I was in the middle of a work meeting...fortunately it didn't completely close.

I'm terrified I'm going to end up getting one somewhere and people are going to panic and start trying to Heimlich me or something. It's extremely embarrassin...and scary!

Anybody else feel my pain?
