  • Anyone else do this?

Sometimes I like to view the Who's Online, pick a username at random and click on the thread they're viewing and read it. XD Sometimes, the thread is something that I might have missed recently, other times, it's from way back and it's fun to reread an epic story. It's kind of like a pot luck.

I do that all the time.

It's true...I've come across a few threads that I missed.

        Excellent suggestion.

Interesting...I didn't specifically go to do this, but I clicked on Bliss's profile because I wanted to try sending a message I was unable to send a couple weeks ago because his PM box was full. And I happened to note the thread he was looking at at the moment. Which was one that I would probably have missed otherwise...and I never would have known what I had missed.

There are certain people I stalk on a daily basis anyway.....I don't even care if they are online or not.

            Ha ha ha ha.

No worries, just thread stalking. I see their username under the title and go OOOOH must clicky!

I've done it a few times myself, although what I usually do is bring it up to see what some stupid spammer is trying to do when he doesn't realize he's been banned.

I've been known to do that.

I wonder if people do that with me.

I usually have a few different threads open at once.

Heh, I do that on another board. XD Often, I watch to see which of the following options they take:

                  1. Give up and go away.
                  2. Register another account.

If they take option 2, then a simple look at the IP will reveal the truth. XD

No and I won't start now

If you have two threads open in different windows, do they both show up in your "now viewing"?

Only one will show up. It will probably be the last one to be opened, as it always seems to register your last action.

                        I've been wondering.
