3 4's coming up

Apparently there has been some news about 3 "4" movies:

Mission Impossible 4
Pirates of the Caribbean 4
Bourne 4

They're also expecting to release a remake of Red Dawn next fall (2010) - I doubt it'll be as good as the original but we'll see.

It probably won't.
My first rule of selecting a movie:
Beware of remakes, sequels and parodies. When in doubt about those, wait for the DVD.

With rare exceptions, that will save some time and money.

You know I found it Pirates 3 to be rather disappointing, what was the point of the sea Goddess storyline, all she did was get big and turn into crabs. Also I never understood why all of the ships turned around and went home, they outnumber the other ships ten too one. Also is there a reason Elizabeth couldn't go on the ship with Will?

Me thinks the 4th Bourne book is called The Bourne Deception. I'm most likely wrong but I'm sure that's it. All the M:I movies sucked to Hades. The only highlight was in the 3rd with Jonathan Rhys-Meyers. sigh...
A 4th Pirates was in talks since the last one wrapped from what I understand. I could use more Jack Sparrow.

Ooo, close. Some dirty research on Amazon shows that that's the 5th, and the Bourne Legacy is actually the 4th. And reviews are horrible the for the whole new trilogy.

Then again, the movies bear no resemblance to the books, so that doesn't matter much.
