  • A chum stayed over for a few days

He stopped in while I was at work for a day or three. He's currently in the early stages of maybe/possibly a new ladylove, and was exchanging text messages.

One of them involved a picture on his phone of my front room.

    "He's single, isn't he?"

    "Yes."

    I'm apparently easy to read...

Well, it's an improvement on my room when I was at my parents'. As chum pointed out, you can see the carpet in my new place.

It was pretty funny when he dropped me off for work this morning. He drives an MR2 - a model that's rather sporty from about a decade back. Looks nice. One guy working in the canteen suspected, apparently genuinely, that I'd been dropped off by a sporty lady in a sporty car.

Cab (said chum) was slightly put out by that. I was amused.
