sooo mom left me alone in the kitchen again...

mom went to the humane society today to volunteer as she always does on thursdays (she helps wake up puppies/dogs, and kitties from surgery)...and said "heres some chicken, heres some tomatoes...figure out something for dinner..." and left me alone with money, a short grocery list of things she needs for another reciepe for stuffed potatoes for sunday, and about 5 hours.

So I use my googlefu, and come up with tomato and pesto pasta salad, and chicken and pumpkin cassarole!

They sound GOOD!!! the cassarole has peanut butter in it.
