Since there are a lot of really good cooks here, I am hoping you guys can help me.
I found a receipe for Hot Butter Rum Cheesecake. I don't want to make a big one but a lot of little bite size ones. I am wondering about the cooking time. The big one takes a hour or more. Anyone have an idea how long a pan of 24 would take to cook. Also how can you tell if a cheesecake is done without poking it?
