    Cop Change

    I didn't experience this, but I did see it on Speeders.

    The cop pulls a lady over for not wearing a seatbelt...and she says she was trying to get change for a 20.

    Then she asks the cop for change.

    What I'd like to ask this lady is, what color is the sky in her world?!
