How 50 cents saves $7.50

We have have our nephews for part of this week. We take them to Blockbuster and instruct them to get a game. They agree on one and we go to pay for it. They then ask for 2 quarters to put in the gumball machine. Both of them got the white gumball....which gives them a free 2 day video game rental. So they got two more games. Cool

We used to have a gumball machine at work, silver covered gumball meant you recieved a free dessert, gold covered meant you recieved a free meal. Everyone, from my coworkers to my management, used to tease the hell out of me because I was constantly putting quarters in the machine to win the free stuff. They said it was my addiction. What fond memories..LOL I was disappointed when they got rid of it, and my boss still teases me about it to this day.
