Around here that's actually a 40 D. No, I don't get it. But you need to add to the band measurement.

Yeah, that's the part that confused me. Most places don't tell me to add to the band, but some do, I was wondering why that was.

Being a 46 DDD/E means that I cannot find a well fitting bra to save my life, not to mention the headaches. I want to find a longline bra, but I can't find a local place that sells them, and I am NOT trying to order one online.
