Ya know that silly thing where people go off a ramp in homemade flying machines into a lake, almost all of them failing immediately to do anything resembling flying, other than dropping through air? Yeah? That's Flugtag. And it's in Miami next weekend. Just 3 hours up the road from me. And several of my friends and coworkers are going. And I want to go. And if I could find a fucking roommate to fill my apartment's vacant third room and not have to pay 50% more in rent than normal, I could go. (I would not just drive up and spend the day, but do a whole weekend of it....this involves a hotel room. I mean, what is the point of just driving up and back for the day and not drinking? Lame.)
