I'm *very* picky with my cider. It *must* be unpasturized.
Which means I'm pretty much limited to one of the farms I can buy from directly when I go to my mom's in NH.
Speaking of NH farms, the kale I have cooling (so I can chop it and add it to the squash for dinner) is fucking amazing. I pulled the lid off the pot and the steam went WHOOSH and I almost keeled over from the deliciousness.
