My mom demands I make bread whenever I go home. English muffins, dinner rolls and fresh loaves. I have to make enough for her to stock in her freezer.

I also have a recipe for an Irish soda bread which, I'm told, is as close to Ireland as you can get with American ingredients.

As long as he has a computer, internet connection, and female bits to ogle, he's generally very easy to care for. Just thwap him a bit if he gets emo. That should be enough to shake him out of it.

I'm thinking of starting a blog of my recipes, mostly so I can track how I make what I do, and to document. I'll take pics of the finished product tomorrow, so you can judge.

I'm happy, I've got a few different recipes I'm going to make, so I can have food for the week after work without having to consider what to cook. Just nuke and zap.
