Just made a mug cake...maybe I cooked it too long. It's tasty as all heck, but the chocolate chips kind of burned on the top...some tasty homemade buttersoy icing helped with that...now to nom.

Hmm.... Ok, so these are turning out interestingly well so far.
I think next time I have to mix the triple sec into the chocolate before putting the ginger in. And I think I have to figure out *exactly* how much to add to the batter. I just sort of threw an ounce or two in and called it even.
