I was only 17 when I started college, cuz my birthday isn't until October (I was born on the cutoff date, so I was always the youngest kid in the class (and the smallest, until about 4th grade) except for 3 who had started school in other states with a different cutoff date). One of my friends skipped a grade, so she didn't turn 18 until April.

I like my eggs scrambled, well done, with wheat toast and butter.

I am cold. Just got out of the shower, bare feet, wet hair, kitchen window is open, and it's 59 degrees at 12:30pm.

Gotta do laundry. :-/

Just woke up. Debating food before I start cleaning house, doing laundry, etc, and planning what foods to cook for the week.

You should make this. And before you complain that I clearly think you don't eat enough healthy food, why else would I send you to a vegan recipe site, I want you to do two things. 1) Look at that recipe. Doesn't it sound like goodness? 2) Remember that she won cupcake wars on taste (against two chefs who were willing to use eggs and milk).

Why would I think that? Is you being sarcastic? I just woke up, I can't tell...

I eat healthy (for the most part anyways) because I prefer it. And sometimes, I feel like going vegetarian (see my spinach feta and tomato pasta salad. OM nom nom...).

spinach lasagna? Hmm, been a while since I made that. My go to lasagna is a vegetable lasagna florentine. It has spinach, mushrooms, onions, zucchini, chunks of tomatoes, all in a sauce that's been simmered the entire day before hand. Very labor intensive, but very good. I may even be convinced to make the past myself, too.
