No one I know can believe I eat 2200-2300 calories per day to lose weight (2lbs/wk).
I'd have to eat ~2500 to maintain my weight, or more to gain weight.
i found the solution to not hitting my calories.
Apparently because I run or speed walk several miles a day, I'm supposed to eat around 3055 calories a day just to maintain my weight. Not sure what it is to lose, but I think if I'm eating less than half that, I'm pretty good... I didn't realize just how little I actually eat until I did that... O.o

Breakfast for me was a breakfast taco of black beans, fire roasted tomatoes and cheese, with a side of fruit and turkey bacon.
I'm hungry. Usually i have midmorning snack/meal round about this time of day, but because i have no employees, I can't leave the front end of the store. >.>
Someone is going to pay for this...

breakfast is 3 large eggs, scrambled with thyme, paprika and ground mustard, "cali style" veggies (cauliflower, broccli), corn, spinach, pepperoncini's and green onion topped with Taco Bell Verede & Fire salsa (i stole a shit ton, don't judge me bitches)

I had one of my slim fast shakes, but looking at my caloric/protein intake from yesterday, I went ahead and had three eggs a couple hours later. I really needed the protein badly, as I've been lacking in that department. I did weigh myself this morning and I've lost another two pounds! That's a total of nine pounds lost! Yay!
