I just pulled dinner out of the oven.

Scalloped Kale & Sweet Potatoes.

But I kinda screwed it up. Forgot the milk until 30 minutes into cooking, and totally forgot the garlic. I'm a terrible person.

Hmm....Now I want to make something baked, like lemon cupcakes. I don't have the ingredients for frosting right now, but I could make the cupcakes... Flour, sugar, butter, baking powder, baking soda, lemon juice, lemon zest....and I have no buttermilk. Dammit.

Ok, guess I"m going shopping tomorrow for cupcake makings.

Psst. Kia. 1 tbls lemon juice in 1 cup milk, let set for 5 minutes = instant sub for buttermilk!!

Mr. Rum made dinner for us. Digiornio pizza (the kind with breadsticks too - but I prefer Tombstone if I'm going to eat frozen pizza), and he made me a side salad (with 1,000 island dressing) to boot.

And I outweigh Lupo by 25 pounds.

I'm 295 pounds.

And I'm 5'3".

I used to wear it well, but now ....

At least I have bewbs!
