after they send me the damn money and stop making me jump through hoops and repeat myself over and over to decide if I'm eligible for it. I've have gotten the 'urgent action required' e-mail 5 times now, and each time it essentially made me re-apply. I'm pissed since I've now gotten a past due notice from my school and if I don't have at least the approval number to show them by Friday I can't move into my dorm and I can't start classes on Monday.
