    another thing that can help is drink plenty of water-when you dehydrate your body will store water within fat cells, women have more fat cells in their tummy sooooo...dehydration=more tummy pooch.

    My legs are solid-I ride a bike everywhere, as walking more than a mile or two is murder on my knees-cycling is pretty much zero impact, so no knee pain/damage.
    Honestly.... the image of that in my head made me go "AWESOME!"..... and then I remembered I am terribly strange.-Red dazes

      I have terrible knees as well..... I wear braces when I do any extended hike.

      Though I have noticed the more I walk, the better my knees are.

        And another important thing: If you want strong abs, you need a strong back to support it.
