Probably for the same reason most ads and cartoons depict crows with yellow beaks, when in fact their beaks are black.

Flipping through the new Captain Underpants book at work. Harold and George go forward in time and meet their adult selves. George is married with kids, and Harold also has kids and is married...to a man. And no one questions it. Neither George nor Harold even seems surprised.

I guess Dav Pilkey figured lame-os are going to try to ban him anyway so he might as well put more bees in their bonnets.

Oddly, if you told me one of the boys was gay, I probably would have guessed Harold for some reason.

I really don't know! George is probably the more stereotypically 'gay' one, dressing nicely and all. Just is someone had said, "One of the boys is gay, guess which!" for some reason I would say "Harold."

Yes, now that you mention it. Of course, Elsa is 3 years older than Anna, which is why she becomes the queen.
