Hey it happens, don't be too hard on yourself, you're still doing well. Smokeing is a hard habit to quit, use all the help you need and don't feel guilt about it for even a moment.

Smoking is a very difficult habit to break. If you have to take it in baby steps, take baby steps. Even baby steps are still moving in the right direction.I don't have an attitude problem. You have a perception problem.
