2011 Christmas Cards-Tally Time! - Please don't forget!

No glitter bombs for me yet either but I am kinda hoping against them since I really dislike finding 10 year old glitter left around after the fact...lol. But if you send me one I'll still thank you for it, so no worries

I got Kanalah's card today too and the ornament is beautiful! Thank you so much! Can't wait to drag out my little tree...I may have to upgrade, I have so many ornaments and it's getting full. I don't do a big tree since my daughter died, and I rarely pull out the "before" ornaments. I should, someday.

I'd also appreciate not having a glitter bomb. Maybe a confetti bomb, with the larger, more easily cleanupable pieces of confetti (for example, they make fairly stiff confetti in the form of hearts and stars and so on, but not the ones that are basically shredded pieces of mylar foil), but no glitter. Glitter -on- the card itself as part of the design is fine, but nothing extreme. Please and thank you.

Mine are going out after Thanksgiving, time was unexpectedly taken up by the addition of two new roomies (read: badly needed funding) in the last couple of weeks. Have all the parts, just need to assemble, insert, stamp,? ? ?, profit.

To make up for the wait, a micro-preview: The glitter shall be applied by hand with loving care, in the form of some kanji to translate if you dare.

having trouble printing the labels this year....did i miss the instructions?

I have not gotten one card yet with a printed label so perhaps there are others having problems. I haven't printed mine yet but hope to tomorrow.

What I did, was grab a template off the Avery website for MS word and stick them in there, prettying up the label at the same time (you guys will see ).

Next week is the last week of classes and then we go straight into finals. I'll get mine done after finals, hope to have them out by the 10th.

I don't use the labels because I like to hand write the envelopes. I do return address labels and that's it.

welp, I have the cards addressed, and my return label on them.

for the record I can't write a straight line so everyones address is kinda slanted, but readable.

I promised myself I won't play skyward sword on my early christmas present until these are all but stamped.

I got cards from DGoddess and Kanalah - DGoddess' card made me anf the boyfriend ROFL and the ornament in Kanalah's was awesome!

Don't blame you one bit. I hate my handwriting and I have tons of labels (I'm kinda weird that way), so since Peds and JM so kindly provided me with the template I put it to use

EDIT: The insides of my cards are hand-written.
