The heat in our apartment has been on since Monday. 60 degrees at night IS NOT COLD.
The most control we have is to shut the radiators on or off. Mom's had hers off practically since she moved in because otherwise the temp shoots up to about 90 in her room; the one time it was turned on by maintenance that resulted in a leak in the wall downstairs so I suspect the pipes themselves are bad.
Rumor has it management is planning to replace at least the boiler and radiators...anyone want to guess whether the rent will go up as a result?
