Just not this soon. Remember my late great aunt. Well her husband of 69 years (yes, this is the guy with alzheimers) died Sunday. I just came from the visitation...the funeral is tomorrow (9/22).

He was 95. They had been together for almost 70 years. After the funeral he stated that he wanted to be with her again---as he was already in hospice that day would not be long in coming.

They will be missed.

My Grandparents died within 5 weeks of each other. Grandma died of lung cancer and alzheimers and then 5 weeks later my Grandpa had litterly grieved himself to death. They had been married for 65 years
