I use blogger for a number of websites and I'm pretty happy with it. There's a wide choice of templates, you can edit said templates, it's easy to use, has cool widgets you can add, and it's free.

I like it. That's my blogger site down there in the link in my sig. I also do an SCA related site for my group, the church website, and an online version of an SCA newsletter I do every month (I'm a baronial Chronicler) that the group LOVES because they find it easy to read and use.
