    Hello everyone!

    Hey!

    I've always been a lurker around forums, so it's exciting for me to actually join one. And doesn't this one apply to me well? I've been working in retail for about three years, I currently work in a handbag store. I am 20 years old... Not sure what else to say! Oh yeah, and despite the name, I am female.

    Hope to post some of my cs experiences soon!
