im a longtime lurker. finally got around to signing up. I enjoy this site a lot. I understand where many of you are coming from,as I have been in retail/customer service for the last 12 years. currently I am a backroom guy at a large retail outlet. formerly did some stocking,janitoring and sold stuff at fairs. Ive got a lot of sucky customer stories. yeah.

Welcome aboard backroom. 12 years is a pretty long haul. Hope that stock keeps you from too many custys, but there's always management and coirkers. What kind of fair sales?
