  • This site is awesome!

    Hello everyone!

Today is the first time I've visited this site and I must say it's great fun!

I work at a department store and in my experience of working there for over a year, I can honestly say that the department store is a brewing pot of sucky customers. xD

I really enjoy reading everyone's posts and experiences on here. I think it's a great way for people to learn about all the cr*p that goes on in customer service jobs and hopefully for these SC will realize they're making life difficult for everyone, including themselves.

Erm, I think I ripped that to MP3 from wax cylinder some years ago. Thanks for reminding me. I needed a really good "The bar's closed, GTFO!" song at the end of my playlist.
