Been reading for some time now, as I saw a reference to this site on a news report online about how Customer Service Reps would *like* Customers to behave... Since I work in a Call Center, I figured I'd read what was said and I found myself agreeing more and more and laughing hysterically at some of these stories... I'll take a page from Gravekeeper and post some stories some time soon... [
