I've been reading your posts for a while now and decided to join. I have many years in customer service. My first job was at a movie theater. In addition, I worked at a credit union, a major discount department store, and as a CSR for a major bank. Right now I am working for a hotel chain in Pennsylvania. Working at a hotel is different from a retail store, but it can be just as annoying, but it can be fun too. Just saying hello. I enjoy all of your stories! Keep them coming. I will share some of my experiences too.
