I have no idea why I've just sat and lurked for so long. I honestly have no idea.
But... I'm here now. To share my horrors and offer support to those in need of some brain bleach.
I've worked in customer service in some form or another for 9 years. I'm a manager these days (a good one, not a moron, I promise). This extra responsibility for not nearly enough money means that I get the final word with all the real gems.
My goal at work is to try to balance the universe, by rewarding all the great customers and punishing the sucky ones. I know the universe can balance things out all by itself, but I like to speed up the process, just a little.
