Another Bookstore Employee!

Hi! I've been reading these forums for a while, but rarely felt I had anything to contribute. But I feel that now I have enough collected stories to perhaps make a post or two. I am a writer, but as that's not lucrative just yet I work in an independent bookstore that is becoming less independent all the time.

I've thankfully never experienced anything like some of the horror stories here, but I know all about annoying customers!
