Another newbie

Hi everyone,
yet another newbie here... I've actually been lurking the site for well over a year now, it being one of the sites I visit every day. Now that I've started a new job where I'll have customer contact and thus potential stories to post, I figured it was finally time to join.

Currently I work part time at a small hotel, and so far it seems like a good job - except for, of course, some of the guests. Why else would I need to join... I also have a few stories from my summer jobs, so why I'd ever think of putting myself somewhere I'd have a chance of hearing "you ruined my holiday!" again is beyond me...

You're definetly not the first person to be accused of ruining someone's holiday or son's birthday or dog's spaying....

Most of us should be walking around with nametags that say "I'm Joe and I ruined 30 people's Christmases last year!"
