Hi from a Hotel
Hi! I used to be a lurker on this site a long time ago, when I was first getting really serious in the hospitality industry. I never thought it would stick (me staying in this industry) but it has. I finally decided to come back when I just went through the worst past few months at work.
I am a manager at a hotel that is a part of a very well known hotel family and get to experience some pretty sucky customers on a daily basis. I really need to vent sometimes, and I figured this is a great place to do it.
I've been in the industry almost 7 years and am a single mom of 2 with a wonderful boyfriend of a year. Things in my life tend to be good with the exception of the customers that irk me on a daily basis.
Can't wait to read the horror stories and get to know you fine people dealing with the rest of the worlds sucky customers.
