Hi All,
I own a tropical fish store and have a page on my desk top of idiot customer things said and done.
I am so glad to have found this site, I thought all the nutjobs were calling me and coming in. Misery loves company.
Here are a couple of favorites : "Should I put water in my tank before the fish"?, "I dropped my fish when I got home and it died, will you give me a new one"?, "Do you have any Piranhas without teeth"?
Sigh....

I used to work at a pet store, too. The worst fish customer we had was one idiot who kept returning his cichlids and demanding replacements because they changed color. And no matter how often the fish department people explained to him that cichlids do indeed change color, he kept bringing them back and demanding replacements!
