Hello all. Sov here. I stumbled upon this forum and read through many of the threads, and I have to say that I'm so glad to have found common friends that understand the thankless jobs we have in the service industry.
In a nutshell, I'm a 10-year veteran of the Big Yellow Tag. I also did about three years in the giant supermarket slash whatever you need type of store, and before that was a McDonald's manager for a few years. I've more than paid my dues in the customer service arena, and boy do I have some stories to share.
