Right now, I work at the call center for a giant car dealership. In the past, I've worked in a medical library, a phone survey call center, a gas station, a dry cleaners, an attorney's office, a hospital, McDonald's, a gas station, and the literacy agency.
I have lots of bad customer stories, but since I've worked here for almost two years, the stories from here are freshest on my mind. I found out about this place when my work banned LiveJournal and I couldn't go their customers_suck community anymore. I Googled "customers suck," and here I am!
