New to posting here, I've been a lurker for awhile. My job is actually a legal assistant for a sole practitioner attorney in a small town. While I don't deal with sucky "customers" per se, I definitely see my share of sucky clients. Hopefully no one will mind if I share some stories of the more priceless encounters I've had!

Well, they are paying your company so technically they could be called customers of a sort. But even if they weren't, priceless tales of sucky clients are awesome too.
