Hi, just registered and thought I might introduce myself.

I have been in customer service for 15 years. Mostly food service, but a couple of brief stints in call centers as well. Currently I am a shift manager for a fast food place. I love my boss (amazing, I know!) and most of my coworkers. The customers ... well, that's why we're all here, right?

I have enjoyed reading thus far and hope to have a long, happy stay here at CS.
