New to the forums, but not to dealing with sucky customers

Hello all! I first came to this site several months ago through the comic link on the Devils Panties site, but only created an account today.

I have worked several retail jobs, tech support, was an IT Manager for a time and I am currently dealing with the stupid people at a major online auction site, so I have plenty of stories to share with more all the time.
