The DarkCSR has arrived to ridicule the customer base that is inherently stupid, inherently lousy and just plain crappy. I'm here to vent, as apparantly whacking soome of these morons with the "customer satisfaction bat" is prohibited.
Don't know how much I'll be posting, but this is cheaper than therapy.
A little about myself: My official title is Sales representative and soon to be technical support. The unofficial title is Phone Monkey. I'm leaving Phone sales as I'm tired of management's antics and I figure if I have to live with stupidity, then I might as well do something I halfway like.
I've been into computers since the age of 4... and I can run circles around people in command line as at the time I started, that's all that was availible.
Anyway, that's my brief intro. Let the age of darkness begin!
