Hi there! I'm Jocelyn and I live in Florida (grew up in New Jersey). My current job doesn't draw too many sucky customers, thank goodness -- I manage the advertising on a website geared towards users of certain Microsoft products. But once in a while we get a doozy.

I've done my share of working in retail, restaurants, phone work, etc. so I may come up with some old stories to share, but mostly I enjoy reading yours. Hang in there!
