. But it's the first work-related username that popped in my head when I thought of registering here. For all you non-North Americans, 411 is the phone number for Directory Assistance. More explanation on how it works will be in later posts, I'll probably be creating a new thread soon with a first batch of SCs.
I'm 20, have been suffering at DA for just a bit over two years. I'll state right away that English is not my mother tongue. When I'm not working, I very much like to
