Long Time Lurker

I've lurker here for a long time, and made a post now and then. Figured it was time to introduce myself.
So..Howdy.

I run a pediatric practice in Texas. While I am a boss, I try to keep my amount of moroning to a minimum and worry more about keeping my staff happy than some of the crazies we get. I follow the adage of we'll be nice and bend over backwards for you, until you give us good cause to not.
