I no longer deal with the general public but I did for close to 20 years of my life. I know the trials and tribulations of general public customer service. I now deal with somewhat more difficult people in that I work for a builder and must deal with unreasonable architects, unreasonable design teams, and unreasonable developers. I'm not sure any of those stories will fit here but there may be a story or two from my history that I can conjure up.
