Hullo All. Just a quick note to introduce myself:
After 17 years in the computer tech support arena, I got a tad burned out.
(Well, actually, I got laid off in the big economic setback of spring 2001, and decided to not continue in that field any more.)
Tired of being a fireman at everyone's beck and call, I went on to something completely different: Hotel front desk clerk. [Can you say, "Idiot"? Shur. Ah knew you could!]
Three amazingly dumb years later, I am now happily ensconsed as a corporate librarian. The only customers I have now are my fellow employees asking if I have a copy of such-n-such federal regulation.
From the 20 years of working with "users", I have several amazing stores in both industries that (I hope) will have you laughing in wonder at their idiocy.
