Hi,
Lurked here several years ago then got away from it. Decided to join and share frustrations about sucky customers.
First a little about myself and job. I'm 54, married and live in Alabama. I'm retired military (E-7) with over 21 years of service. I currently work at a military base in the Information Technology (IT) department. I have to deal with computer Techs and VIPs calling in with computer problems. I also take after hours Civil Engineering (CE) calls which include problems with plumbing, Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning (HVAC), electrical, doors and locks, etc. I work 3PM until 11PM Saturday - Wednesday. The hours suck but I get paid good money to watch TV, surf, read watch movies and if I wish even sleep! Everyone is usually gone by 6PM when I lock the doors and have the whole building to myself. That's pretty much the gist of it.
