A friend of mine told me about this site (and some of her stories I wish would get posted here!), and after listening to me blather for a while about my work at The World's Only Truckstop, she suggested I join, and see if I can bring a smile to my fellow customer service people.

That would explain why everything there is encrusted in walnuts or macadamia nutz.
