Hi, I just decided that it is about time I actually joined this forum (as I am up to page 168 of Sucky Customers, lol)
About myself, my location is Australia, and I have worked in retail for over 10 years (with no end in sight)
I have to admit, after a day at work with (usually minor) annoyances when I get home feeling grumpy, it makes me reevaluate my job when I read through people dealing with stuff heaps worse that mine, and helps me go into work happy and smiling.
Although a lot of posts make me weep for humanity, and wonder where all the SC's hide and wait to come out in droves from.
