I used to lurk on these boards years ago, then kind of got busy and had a few years without internet at home. Let's see, I'm Kara, and I live in Kansas, the land that excitement forgot. I work customer service for one of the major wireless phone providers in the US (don't know if I'm allowed to say which one). I'm a Customer Loyalty Specialist, which is a fancy title that means I get paid more money to try and talk customers out of cancelling, and most of the time people are screaming at poor little ol' me for their own incompetence. I've been in the customer service game for 3 years, worked retail for 5 years before that and hated every second of it. I get at least 10 SC's a day, so you'll probably be hearing a lot from me.
