I realized that I hadn't managed to introduce myself yet. I was directed here after I posted a vent on another forum. I'm usually found lurking around here while on hold. I've worked retail for many years and only became a travel agent after having a near meltdown at my last job, which was House Manager for a live event theatre (I don't know if I'm healed enough from my SC from there to talk about it here yet).

Sadly, this isn't a forum frequented by as many members as we would like, so posting great stories in here isn't a great idea.
